Strong heat stress expected. Risk of overheating and dehydration. Increased load on the healthcare system and social services (especially care for the elderly and chronically ill).
Stay in the shade, maintain proper hydration with increased intake of non-alcoholic beverages, schedule higher physical/mental loads for the cooler parts of the day. Seek medical help in case of health problems. Do not leave children or animals in parked vehicles. Set air conditioning in rooms or vehicles so that the body is not exposed to excessive thermal shock when moving in or out; the difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures should not exceed 5 to 8 °C.
